Obviously, I'm thoroughly enjoying my lunch.  ;-)

If you have not tried this russian dish, I would suggest you do.  We used the recipe we found in JB's  Time Life: Foods of the World series, the Russian cooking edition, substituting out the sauce with the tomato sauce we made the night before (that recipe also from the Time Life series, but the Italian edition).

I finally made Sweet and crispy chicken (dakkangjung). I've been wanting to make it since Maangchi put up the recipe. (She is still me Korean cooking guru.)
